Our History
Valser is a family-owned real estate company founded in 2001 by Bolivar Vallarino, a US Navy Veteran, who with the assistance of the G.I. Bill built the business from the ground up. While simultaneously raising a family and working as a full-time engineer for the State of California, Bolivar managed to grow the business from a fourplex in Long Beach, CA to a nearly 100 unit portfolio spanning three separate multifamily properties in Anaheim and Lawndale, a beachside suburb of Los Angeles County.
Current Ownership
Bolivar's son Robert Vallarino joined the company in 2011, bringing nearly a decade of real estate experience working for Bascom Northwest Ventures, a multifamily investment firm. Robert has completed over $700M in total transactions and $60M in renovations. Utilizing his expertise in the Utah and Southern California multifamily real estate markets, Robert continued to expand the business with multiple additional acquisitions in Utah, bringing the total number of units owned to nearly 250. Robert has continued to grow the business through the addition of on-site professional management, value-add renovations and true pride of ownership.
Family-owned
Being family-owned has its advantages. As opposed to large ownership groups that face pressures to produce returns within a set span of time or risk substantial losses, Valser is able to grow mindfully using a long-term approach, allowing us to focus on improvements that add value not only to the company but also to residents' quality of life.
Professional Management
We utilize a professional property management company in order to ensure residents receive exceptional service. Delegating day-to-day operations to experts brings advanced management systems, industry knowledge, and experience to the forefront. This enhances the efficiency of property maintenance and tenant relations, ensuring that residents have access to prompt and effective support. Our professional management company’s commitment to high-quality service and responsiveness plays a crucial role in maintaining tenant satisfaction and retention, thereby contributing to resident satisfaction and overall success of the properties.
